Final Sale Policy

All orders placed with c2nwholesale.com or our WhatsApp are final. We do not accept returns.

  • Sale Items: All items marked as “Sale,” including Mixed Boxes, are final sale and non-returnable.
  • White Packaging Items: Returns for perfumes or products with all-white packaging are not allowed under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this policy may result in account termination.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • C2N Wholesale ensures quality control for all products; however, items with clear manufacturing defects may qualify for an exchange or refund.

    • Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
    • Items returned after the 2-business-day window will not be accepted unless explicitly approved at our discretion.

Return Process for Defective Items:

  1. Customers must first return defective or damaged items before any exchanges or refunds are processed.
  2. If the wrong item, scent, or quantity is received, contact us via WhatsApp within 2 business days for exchange instructions. Incorrect items must be returned before replacements are issued.

Photo Verification:

C2N Wholesale reserves the right to request photos via  email or whatsApp to verify claims of defects, damages, or incorrect items.

What is NOT a Manufacturing Defect:

C2NWholesale has sole discretion in determining manufacturing defects. Issues such as slight variations in bottle design, packaging, fragrance notes, or color are not considered defects.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in unused condition.
  • Items showing signs of use or tampering (e.g., opened seals, damaged packaging, altered fragrances) will not be accepted and may result in account termination.
  • Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and may result in account suspension.

Restocking Fees

A 30% restocking fee will be applied for:

  • Unauthorized returns.
  • Returns without clear defects, damages, or errors caused by C2N Wholesale.

Return Policy for Mixed Boxes

If items are sold in mixed boxes, the entire box must be returned. Partial returns are not allowed and will result in account suspension.

Exchange Policy for Incorrect Items

  • If an incorrect item is shipped, we will provide a return label for domestic orders.
  • If the correct item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders cannot be returned for any reason. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items thoroughly at the pickup location. Once the order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any issues.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +12132940481 with your order number and details of the items to be returned.
  2. Provide photos if requested for defective or incorrect items.
  3. If approved, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
  4. Write the RMA number visibly on the package before shipping.

Refused Packages
Refused packages will incur shipping costs for the original and return shipping fees.

International Orders

  • C2N Wholesale does not cover destination country taxes, duties, or additional fees.
  • Refusal to pay taxes and duties will result in a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect shipping details or refused deliveries for international orders may result in account suspension.
